PLCNext Internet Connection

I am using a PLCNext AXC F 3152 PLC , and a TC Router for providing industrial connectivity to the plcnext plc. Unfortunately, in between the operations PLCNext is loosing the internet connection (may be the internet is down) , and once the connection is restored, plcnext plc is not able to get the internet connection. It requires a manual reboot to restore this internet connection. May i know how can i troubleshoot this to avoid this manual reboot.
Will the PLC be able to restore the internet connection automatically once the internet is down and it comes back?

Anyone kindly provide me a solution

The PLC should be able to reach the internet again if the internet connection is lost by the TC Router and then restored.
What is the network architecture?

                * What is the fixed IP address, subnet mask and gateway address of each port on the PLC?
                * What is the IP address of the LAN port of the TC ROUTER?
                * Which port on the PLC is connected to the LAN port on the TC Router?
                * Are there any other devices on the LAN? If so, what are their IP addresses?
                * How do you determine that the PLC is connected to the Internet, and that the connection is not restored?
                * After the internet connection is lost and then restored at the TC Router, can other devices on the network (e.g. a PC) connect to the internet through the LAN port on the TC Router?
