PLCnext port 22 lost

Hello all!

Maybe someone of you can help us.

We have the situation when we lost connection with PLC via FTP (ports 21, 22).
Looks like that these ports closed (connection to PLC and HMI works).
I don’t know why it happened because we didn’t do anything with plc at that moment.

When we tried to change IP (for restart ports) it didn’t help.
Every time the IP changed back (we used PLCnext Engineering and NetNames+).

The questions are:
- why we lost these ports?
- what can we do to reopen them?

Hi Frederik, For the IP address issue, if you are using Netnames+ to change the IP address, please make sure that you have selected the option “Save IP Addresses permanently”. For the port issue, can you please give us the precise steps to reproduce the problem (the simpler the better), starting with an empty PLC. If you need to attach files e.g. PLCnext Engineer projects, you can do this via our internal support system (ref. 00133295) ~ Martin.
