Hello, I have a question regarding this weird issue when I try to do certain actions on the PLCnext store site as well as the PhoenixContact website. Recently, I downloaded the IIOT Library from the PLCnext store. I had a query regarding the library and tried contacting the developer but an error stated that I did not have the right to do that. Please see the image attached for reference. Going back to the application redirected me to a page that required me to verify the code sent to my email. However, no matter how many times I check my inbox, there doesn’t appear to be any verification email(?) I’ve had this issue a couple of times now and I’m not really sure why. If anyone has any potential solutions, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hallo abb14, Basically, everyone has the right to contact the app developer via the “Cantact developer” button. The prerequisite is that the requestor is registered and logged in into the PLCnext Store. Currently, you still need to have a standalone “Store account”. Action: Olease check first, if you have received a verification mail from PROFICLOUD in your Gmail account (normal and spam).
