The LEDs do not light up even when the AXCF 3152 power is connected.
There is no problem with AXCF2152 with the same connector.
Is there anything I can try?

Please check the voltage when the PLC is connected. It should be 24V. If the voltage is lower, please replace the power supply. If the voltage is 24V, please try to reconnect the Power-Connector 3-5 times with delay time of 2min. If the Error persists you can try to execute recover type 1 reset. If it fails, please send the PLC for repair (contact the Phoenix Contact support in your country).
