I have a next problem: Inner sd card don’t work. I trying to make raw copy cd card from other controller and write raw on other card. After reset controller to factory default. I can connect to the controller via WinSCP but controller still in D without other indications.
Is there any other way I can restore the internal sd card to the basic version?
When you say the “internal micro sd card”, do you mean the SD card that is mounted directly on the PCB, that is only accessible by breaking open the device housing?

Yes.
In that case there’s at least two issues:
1. That SD card includes device-specific data that is written in the factory, and if that data is deleted or changed then the device and the SD card will not be useable any more. It sounds like that is what has happened in this case.
2. Unfortunately, breaking open the housing on any of our products voids the warranty on that product, so I am afraid those devices are now unusable (sorry).

This is our test controller. It is understandable that opening the case deprives the warranty. But maybe when providing additional information, for example, serial number, mac address or other, there is a way to create a raw image for recording to a third-party sd card? Is there really no mechanism to restore the sd card, because this is one of the weak points, since the card may be subject to frequent overwriting of logs and other information, which negatively affects its resource.
is there a way to create a raw image for recording to a third-party sd card? There is, but that is done in our factory during the production of the device, and even if it was possible for this to be done outside the factory, the procedure for doing that is not published. One complication, for example, is that the TPM module in the device is flashed during the production process at the same time as the internal sd card is written, and the data on those two media must be consistent.
If a pluggable SD card is used with the device, then all user data - like log files - is stored on that SD card, so any lifetime concerns transfer to that SD card, which can easily be swapped.
If there are concerns that the internal sd card has been damaged through normal use, then the device can be returned under warranty and it may be repaired or replaced (depending on the result of the technical evaluation).
I would like to suggest that you contact your Phoenix Contact sales person, who may be able to discuss other options for replacing a damaged device.
