i have the serious problem with attaching ProfiNet device. In Online devices i found the IL-PN-BK device, insert in project (i set the right version of coupler and DO card). After upload to PLCnext i get BF-C error . In WBM is shown error 0x0023, and the coupler is in error no PN communication, „A profinet connection can be established to the device.“
When i change PLC to Simatic S7, the communication with this device work smoothly.

I met with same trouble too, a couple of times.
I don’t know what is under the hood, but always solve this case with downgrade of plc fw to 2021.6 or 2021.0.5 LST, and then up to 2021.9.
What i mean. You download your project to plc, and then use WinSCP and Putty to provide firmware downgrade\upgrade on the plc side.
