Query DNP3 REST API

Dear Colleagues, I have a customer who is looking for a device that can work with DNP3 protocol and REST API. My query is as follows: When working the PLCnext with the RunTime Straton to use the DNP3 protocol also works the REST communication associated to the eHMI with nginx? Can I use these two technologies at the same time?
