RDREC error F008

Hi, I’m trying to connect FL Switch 2308 as a Profinet device with PLCnext F2152 Ver.2020.3. I would like to read the record index of the switch, but I cannot read with RDREC error F008 “Invalid type of a parameter” as following images. I think the parameters are right, the ID = 21(or 0x15), INDEX = 3, MLEN =2. PNIO_CONFIG_STATUS is as following image; The process data of the switch can be read. The Switch is working in Profinet mode. BF-D is blinking, BF-C is OFF and RUN is ON. Could you let me know what is wrong? Best regards,

Hello Hue, can you please attach how exactly your Setup looks like.

What Variable+Type is attached to which input / Output of the RDREC Functionblock.

Do you have the same issues with reading other index as well?

Dear Olivier, I found the mistake of variable Type and solved F008 error and modified. But , now I have another issue. The ERROR is “TRUE” and STATUS is “16#DE80B000”. Please take a look at attached files. Could you let me know what the code is indicating and how I can solve it? Best regards,

Hello Hue, i think this means the index is not supported.

I have contacted the Support-Team of the Switch and asked them how to corectly read this index.
