Martin, First, I might be able to help Peter Paul with part of his problem. I too was having the “Neighborhood information is not available” even though I was using a Phoenix SMN 8TX Profinet switch.. When I entered information for the Function and Location of the Profinet devices, that warning cleared. I entered the information directly on the “Online Devices” tab under Profinet. I have attached a screenshot. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to clear the “Diagnosis is available” warning. See attached screenshot. Out of 11 Profinet devices it only shows on two of them. I have checked their configurations and cannot seem to figure it out. The warning appears on the AXC2152 WBM, the diagnostics tab of the AXL E PN IOL8 DI4 M12 6M webpage, the Device state status byte bit 4, and the SF light on the hardware itself. How do I read the available diagnosis? After digging through the GSDML file, I can read the records using the RDREC block, but have been unable to find how or where to read the “available diagnosis” from. Even pointing me to which port is triggering the diagnosis would be helpful. Thank you, Josh Josh
