for exchanging data between a BPC9102S and a SIMATIC S7-1500 via Profisafe I use the Safety-Gateway of Phoenix FL PN/PN SDIO-2TX/2TX. Now I need to send a safety DINT Type from the SIMATIC S7-1500 to the BPC9102S. Am I right, that this is not possible, without splitting the size, because the Safety-Gateyway can only exchange 3 Bytes safety related?

According to the documentation the 3 bytes are the default setting and it is possible to go up to 11 bytes. How do I do that?

A maximum of 11 SDIO bytes can be exchanged.
The maximum number of safe exchange bytes depends on the FCPU.
Not all FCPUs support the maximum number of 11 SDIO bytes.
The exchange of the safe data is only supported bit by bit.
