Hi I’m trying to build the sample runtime on my Ubuntu Linux in a virtual machine I created for this case. The cmake configure stops doing anything after the second line. Any hint to where I can look? root@jannes-virtual-machine:/home/jannes/Projects/runtime/tools# ./build-runtime.sh -t “/opt/pxc/sdk/AXCF2152/2019.6” -a “2019.6 (19.6.0.20989 )” -n “AXCF2152”
Hi Jannes, I don’t understand why you are not seeing more messages … but please check that the -a option has two spaces between 20989 and ). So that command should be:
./build-runtime.sh -t "/opt/pxc/sdk/AXCF2152/2019.6" -a "2019.6 (19.6.0.20989 )" -n "AXCF2152"
After letting it run for more than an hour it finally responded: root@jannes-virtual-machine:/home/jannes/Projects/runtime/tools# ./build-runtime.sh -t “/opt/pxc/sdk/AXCF2152/2019.6” -a “2019.6 (19.6.0.20989 )” -n “AXCF2152”
Version:19.6.0.20989

OK, so that looks like a problem with the ninja installation. I’m afraid there’s not much we can do to help with that. Perhaps Stack Overflow can help? Martin.
When using apt you should look for ninja-build package instead of ninja. Currently in ubuntu’s apt repo you can find at least v1.5.1 depending on the distro version you’re using.
