SD Card 1061701 with AXC F 2152 not working

Hi
I am using the SD card Flash 1061701 with the AXC F 2152 and when I power on the PLC with the inserted unlocked SD card, the boot red ligth start blinking and then the D light is on, but it does not complete the run.
When I remove the SD card and reboot it works fine.
The PLC and the SD card are new.
Any suggestions?

What firmware version is running on the controller? You can find this in the top right corner of the Web Based Management pages.
Was the SD card delivered in a sealed package with a unique serial number on the package? If so, can you give us the serial number of the SD card?

Hi,
The frimware version is 2023.6.0 (23.6.0.43)
The SD Card is brand new aquired from an authorized distributor SN: 2036481541
