TC ROUTER 3002T-4G SMTP server

I’m planning on using the TC ROUTER 3002T-4G to sent an e-mail, but am unable to connect to it even while troubleshooting in the linux directly. When I connect using the SMS port SMS messages work, and i tried sending e-mails while connected to this SMS port, but got an error.

Hi, this forum is intended for discussions related to PLCnext Technology, and unfortunately that does not include the TC ROUTER range of products. I will pass on this question to the relevant support team, who may contact you directly.
The best way to get technical support on all Phoenix Contact products is through your local Phoenix Contact office.
Edit: I see now from the screen shot that that there is an AXC F 2152 involved in this question, so maybe someone in this forum can help.

Is the TC Router showing an active connection to the wireless network?
Look at the Status → Radio page
