I recently downloaded two libraries, 4G_SMS_Req_V1_0.pcwlx and 4G_SMS_V1_0.pcwlx and added them to the plcNext engineer 2020.6. I cannot open the help files for information on the function blocks and to see the programming examples. I right clicked on the FB and clicked on the help icon but nothing happens. What am i doing wrong?
It may be that the library developers have not integrated help files into their library. You can check this with them, using the “Contact Developer” button on the app page in the PLCnext Store.

You can get the SMS/TC Router library in the PLCnext Store, just search for “SMS”.
I thought that was the same library you mentioned originally, but now I think it’s not. Did you get the libraries you mentioned from the PLCnext Store?
