Our customer is using the EPC 1522 with Node-red and InfluxDB, but when opening the eHMI an error occurs, “AuthorizedError: Token is missing or invalid” and then, I need to replace the token of all INFLUX nodes, deploy and the system works Again, is there something happening in the eHMI that can cause this error
I spoke to him believing that the problem was related to the InfluxDB token
But it turns out that the Token is correct, because when we update the „Token“ parameter on the node that sends data to InfluxDB on node-red, the system works correctly, however, exclusively when the eHMI is opened, node-red loses the Token that the mentioned error happens, only when we open the eHMI,
