Unable to connect EPC 1502 Cockpit

Hi,
I am trying to connect to the EPC 1502 cockpit through 192.168.2.10/cockpit but I always get an „error while querying the system…“ (see snapshot) with admin user. I can neither connect via PLCnext Engineer. However, I am able to connect to Linux, Node-red, InfluxdB, Docker Portainer via ssh and direct link:port. Is there a way to connect again to cockpit to make configuration changes or make a reset to factory default.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Roberto

Here is the reply from the support team:
do you possibly know what caused this? The WBM does not boot and can’t be reached. I would suggest a factory reset if you don’t have too much data that would be lost. - Of course a factory reset will erase all data, so make sure to export whatever is needed (Node-RED, Influx, PLCnext IEC-61131 program).Since you mentioned you can still reach the EPC via SSH (Putty), this would be the easiest way to factory reset the device. 1. Open Putty and connect to your EPC via user: admin / password printed on device2. Start the factory reset with the command: sudo recover-plcnext 23. Wait until the EPC reboots (This can take up some minutes)

Hi Martin,
After the factory reset type 2, the WBM connection was re-established.
Thanks!

Roberto
