So we have a datalogger session running and are also making use of Proficloud.
Now the researcher likes Proficloud/Grafana but needs the raw data and the CSV files coming from the dashboard’s panels is processed data… not the raw data. If there’s a way to download the raw data from the Proficloud, please let me know – we haven’t found it, yet.
We have the datalogger session, writing to an SD card as a back-up. But if they want the raw data, they could get it by using WinSCP and downloading the SQLite files over SFTP.
Instead of using the admin account I would like to give them a dedicated account just for this.
So I’ve tried making a user account via SSH/PuTTY, and that was no problem. But whatever we do, the access keeps being denied. Have reset the password and still not working. The Linux OS of PLCnext is custom… is this impossible or is it possible? How can we make this possible; a user account that can be used to login via SFTP to get the datalogger folder and restrict it’s access to that directory only?

Thanks for the info. I hope there would have been an easier way to access the raw data within Proficloud.
Will look into this later. Then for now they will have to download the data from the SD-card if they want the raw data.
As for the user account, no that doesn’t work. I’ve just tried it again with a complete new admin account. The accounts you create here via the WBM are not created for the SSH service.

The accounts you create here via the WBM are not created for the SSH service._I just used WBM to create a new user account with admin rights, and I was able to use those new user credentials to log in the the PLC using ssh.
I’m using an AXC F 2152 with FW 2023.0.
