Warning! Revision does not!

I’ve been struggling through this problem and I don’t know what to do next. When trying to detect and connect online controllers I always get under status the Yellow Triangle Warning Message that the Revisions do not match and I am unable to apply setting either to device or to project. I have uninstalled and reinstalled NPCAP, PLCnext Engineer.

I have gone as far as to try each and every 2152 Controller Rev. If I click the toggle flash on/off the plc will always flash no matter which rev I have chosen.

The laptop I’m using is not on WIFI currently, only connection is is Ethernet to PLC next. PLC Engineer Project setting Start IP 192.168.0.2, End IP 192.168.0.254, Sub Mask 255.255.255.0. The Ip of the detected controller 192.168.0.2, Sub Mask 255.255.255.0

If you cannot connect to the controller via WBM, you can try getting the firmware version using SSH.
In a Windows command prompt:

ssh admin@192.168.0.2
(enter password)
cat /etc/plcnext/arpversion

The firmware version on the device should be greater than or equal to the version of the device in the PLCnext Engineer project:

update. Reset and configured my ethernet IP address address again to 192.168.0.1. I was able to log into the WBM, and view the firmware version - 2021.0.3. Selected 00/2021.0.0 from the list and now I’m able to connect. I’m not sure if I did something different configuring my ethernet port this time compared to previous times but it was an ethernet port setup issue.
