No valid private key

Using AXC F2152 Firmware 2021.6. Was connecting to the proficloud on Friday with no problem. Was unable to connect today - MQTT error. Rebooting and re-downloading program did not remove error. I did a Type 1 reset and added certificate. I still cannot connect and have new error. Screen captures attached [attachment]Proficloud error.jpg[/attachment]

Only for Firmware >= 2021.6: After the Type 1 reset the private key required for the Proficloud.io connection gets lost on the device. To enable the device to request the private key again from the platform please click „Reset Token“ in the Device Management Service. After the re-rollout is enabled for 10min. (ref: #217026)

Hi Martin, I have exactly the same problem. I have tried to Reset the Token. But the PLCnext still present the same error (There is no valid private key on the device). Do you have another suggestion ? Thank you Sidnei

The problem was solved by downgrading the firmware to 2021.0.5, connecting the PLC to Proficloud, then upgrading to FW 2021.6, after which the PLC kept the connection to Proficloud. (ref: #217379)

I am using FW 2021.9 and there is same issue. This version also has same issue? or solved?

I did reset device token in the proficould.io and then After waiting several minutes later , it shows 'Connection attempt failed. MQTT Error. (in the Device’s WBM page) I am using FW 2021.9.
