Portforwarding HMI

Hello guys,

We use the AXC F 2152 in combination with a 3G/4G router.

We use portforwarding to reach the HMI, but with the AXC F 2152 we've problems to reach the HMI through portforwarding.

The forwarding connects to port 443 of the PLC.

I get to see the HMI background, but there are problems to load the variables. I see then the errormessage: A connection with the PLC could not be established. Retrying in X seconds

It seems that the API connection can't be established:

How can this be solved?

Kind regards,

Robin

  • Hi Robin,

This problem has been reproduced by the developers and the root cause has been identified. Unfortunately we do not have a workaround at this stage but we are hoping that the problem will be fixed with firmware version 2020.3 (latest end of April).
