PLCnext OPC UA and IXON Cloud service

Hi Guys,

I would like to ask your help again for a topic with PLCnext and IXON cloud services.

With the VPN active when we add OPC variables on IXON service the simulate option does not avalaible, for some reazon the OPC UA connection between PLCnext and the IXON service dont access to data.

I need to make something in the PLCnext configuration?

NOTE.- When the UAExpert the OPC connection and PLCnext work well, with out problem.

Please disable User Authentication from WBM of your PLC and should work.
