Debugging C# code via Visual Studio hangs while Attach to Process

After applying the instructions in the following video, it is not possible to perform debugging.

When you press Attach to Process, Visual Studio hangs. How can the problem be solved and debugging be done?

Versions:

PLC Next Engineer 2020.6.2, Firmware: 2020.6.1 (AXC F 2152)
Visual Studio 2017
