Routing through Raspberry

Hello Community,

 

we did set up a network topology like shown in the attached picture for a student project. A route from the Laptop with PLCnext Engineer to the the rasperry was set and also the route between the wlan0 and the eth0 interface of the Raspberry was set.

We can SSH the AXC F 2152 Controller and also reach the Web Interface.

We can´t connect through PLCnext Engineer. So we tried direct connection between Laptop and AXC Controller. This worked but we discoverd that PLCnext Engineer uses Profinet Communication for Contacting the PLC. See also attached Picture from Wireshark.

Our Questions:

Is there a option to route PN through the Raspberry?

Is there another communication option like TCP/IP in PLCnext Engineer?

Any other solutions for this problem. Due the COV Situation the Students do the Lab Work at home and there is no additional hardware they have. Some also have no router - they use their Phone Hotspot.

    Hello we managed it,

     

    after Upgrading the firmware to latest Version we could connect with the key Symbol.
