Wrong time for UPC UA variables

Hello,
I am using the UPC-UA server from the PLCnext controller. When I displayed the variables in the UA Expert, I noticed that they have a different timestamp than the controller.
The controller shows the correct time but why do the variables in UA Expert have a different time? How can I set the correct one in the UPC UA Server?

Hello,

UA Expert displays the time in the time zone for the machine that is running UA Expert. If that machine is set to Central European Time, (GMT/UTC +1), then that would explain the time difference shown in your screen shot.

You can change the contents of the file /etc/timezone from "Universal" to the exact name of another file in the  /usr/share/zoneinfo directory, e.g. Europe/Berlin
