Problem updating PLCnext project with safety components

Hello,

I have a project created with Engineer 2020.6. The project contains a station with AXL SE Profisafe IOs. I updated the Engineer to 2020.0.1 and also the RFC 4072S to the firmware 2020.0.1. Then I exchanged the PLC of the application with the PLC with the new version within the PLCnext project.

But after the update the safety project is not transferred correctly to the new PLC. When I do this I get the following error:

For me it seems the CRC is not correct, but I did not find a way to reset the safety plc. Even a reset to factory defaults did not work.

Can someone helpme waht to do? I have a large project so I want to avoid creating a new project.
