PLC-next can not be detected by anything

After following the steps from this [url=https://www.plcnext-community.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=322:setting-up-an-internet-connection-axc-f-2152&catid=78&Itemid=366&lang=en]post[/url], on the Part2.8.d(rebooting) step I've got an error, and after this I am not able to detect the PLC, nor with PLCnext, nor to ping it (before this I was able). I've tried to ping it with the last IP adress and also with de default IP after reseting it with [i]Reset[/i] button and nothing. Also I want to mention that the only led indicator that is ON is the [b]D[/b] indicator, and it is in Yellow On State. Is it possible that the firmware has failed in some way? What else I can do to restore the PLC default settings and to be able to connect to it? Can I use maybe the USB type-C port?
