Mguard on PLCNext

Hi Guys
I just installed the PLCnext mguard app. Tested at the office no problems PLC ip was 192.168.1.215. Installed it on site changed the ip to 172.20.1.215 and also changed the config. The device shows online on the Mguard cloud portal but I cant ping the PLC via the VPN!

Any idea what is causing this?

    Normally Basic account of the secure cloud can just use /24 remote network belonging to the class used during registration; so if you register with 192.168.x.x/24 you can't use remote network 172.x.x.x/24, except if you ask cloud support to change your account. But from there on, your new machine networks have to start with 172.x.x.x

    Otherwise you've to move to a premium account where all the classes are permitted.
