Can't reach the web browser (redirect)
Hello Everyone,
I can't reach the visualization on the web browser. Has anyone an idea what can I do?
The IP address incl. the /ehmi/ didn't help. I only got a redirect to the welcome page. The start page does exist. I can reach the start page out of the PLC-Next engineer, but not direct via web browser.
I already emptied the cache of the browser, changed the computer and the result has been the same. Always I got a redirect to the welcome page.

It would be interesting to know if the eHMI can be accessed on that URL in your case.
In that other case, clearing the browser history solved the problem. There are also other suggestions in that thread, which you could try.
To dig a little bit deeper. There is a own web page running on the system. The URL to reach is 192.168.1.10/own/. It always had a function. Now I only get a redirect to the welcome page.
The browser history is cleared and didn't solve the problem.
Any idea?
You mentioned that 192.168.1.10/ehmi does not work, but - just to be clear - does 192.168.1.10 work for you, or does this also show the Welcome page?
If you have been tinkering with the nginx configuration to add your own web application, that's fine, but I'm wondering if perhaps you edited some system files that were installed with the firmware (e.g. nginx.conf). In that case, perhaps you did a firmware upgrade, which would not have replaced these edited files, when perhaps the new firmware requires these file(s) to be updated.
If something like this has happened, then it is worth trying a Type 1 reset, which deletes all the files in the upper directory, including all project files and any system files you might have changed. Then, download a simple PLCnext Engineer project with an eHMI Start Screen, and see if the eHMI will open in a browser.
Had the same issue with AXC 2152 - HW: 04 FW: 2022.0.3 LTS. I installed new firmware (2022.0.4 LTS) and by that resolved the issue.
Maybe worth a shot...
