Use Node-red to install dashboard error,The NPM error is found in the log

    Unfortunately this is a known bug, and there is currently no workaround.
    The palette manager is not functional, so no nodes can be installed/updated for now.
    A future hotfix will address this bug.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.
