ILC 350 PN controller is unable to establish communciation w/ BUS couplers

(Sorry if I posted in the wrong category)
I'm working on a project wish has been commissioned in 2018.
On thuesday, we had to perform a cold restart of the controller (ILC 350 PN).
Since then, we've been unable to restore the PROFINET communication between the controller and the BUS couplers "solar" & "rtu" (IL PN BK DI8).
BUS structure :

In terms of HW, absolutely nothing has changed onsite.
Some sort of communciation seem to be estabilished with the BUS couplers but it is not totally operationnal as indicated by Diag+.

I've been in touch with the Phoenix support in Belgium and they didn't notice any problem in the config :

These are the global variable (PNIO_SYSTEM_BF might be TRUE because the "solar" BUS coupler has turned off because it's UPS is discharged :

Does any how have a clue of what could be the cause of the problem ?
