Can you confirm that you followed the complete installation procedure described in the User Manual?
That should install the target file that you see in the video.
Based on the Example in your screenshot, and the description in the manual, the SDK root path in your case would be "C:\SDK".
It's probably worth putting each SDK into a sub-directory without spaces. I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but to be sure it would be a good idea to name the SDK directories like shown in the Example.
Thank you, I did it, but in the manual maybe the guide for matlab 2019 and earlier, where am I still looking for this icon in the new matlab interface? Thanks
Can you confirm that you have enabled the "External Mode" check box in the "Configuration Parameters" window, as shown in Figure 11-1 in the user manual?
After enabling External Mode you will get a new column "Hardware". There you will find all the tools needed for External Mode.
The model also needs to be build for monitoring. The other steps are described in the user manual under chapter 11 - External mode.
my axc f 2152 has firmware 2021.9, which seems to be higher than my SDK version 2021.6, do I need to reinstall the firmware? Also, when I connected just now, I got this error with the License Key is not Installed error.
An application built with an earlier SDK should work with a later firmware version, but when developing the initial application it's worth keeping them the same. You can get the SDK for firmware version 2021.9 from the Phoenix Contact website.
Have you purchased and installed the license for the PLCnext Target for Simulink software?
Without a license, the PLCnext Target for Simulink feature runs in demo mode for one hour. Simulink can then be restarted to reset the one hour timer.
If you want a full license, please get in touch with the Phoenix Contact sales office in your country.

I followed the manual and the software kept giving me an error, I manually created the SDK folder at C drive, but it still doesn't work
