Hello guys.

I'm working on a ABB robot , to install a new sensor on it, the ABB support suggest me to install an IL DN BK DI8 DO4-PAC, which is a bus coupler devicenet.

i plugged the module on the robot, i put the 120ohm resistors, i checked all the voltages, but the red light (NT) on the module still ON, in the manual ( Error preventing communication with the network (e.g., bus is offline or duplicate MAC ID).

i talked to phoenix contact support, they suggest me some configuration on the dip switches ( for the MAC ID) i put the MAC ID upper than 20 as the support said. i did the steps for auto config.

But it still not working, the robot software dont recognize the module.

i don't know if the device type can make a problem. i didnt find found it.

i tried many numbers of the MAC ID

i cheked all the voltages.
