PLCnext not booting when using SD card

Hello,

Everytime I turn on the AXC F 2152 with an SD card (2GB; PxC), it stays with the boot led blinking and the D led on. I've tried to use the recovery command (both 1 and 2), but none of them work. I've also tried resetting the PLC using the physical button with no results.

If I boot the PLC without the SD card, it works just fine.

What could I do to fix this issue?

    Hello vcorona,

    what is the Firmware Version of your PLC?

    Please try updating the PLC before trying again.

    Also make sure the SD is writeable (lockswitch).

    Also just to check:

    Did you happen to insert the SD card into an external drive, perhaps on a Linux machine?

    There are files on a new SD card that, if deleted, will make the card unusable in PLCnext Control devices.

    Hello,

    The PLC is currently at HW: 02 FW: 2022.6.0.

    I haven't added or deleted anything on the SD whatsoever. The SD just stopped working after a boot, before that it was working fine.
