AXL F BK ETH problems with reading IO-Link devices status

Hello,

in our projects we reading devices data through MODBUS TCP - remote bus coupler is AXL F BK ETH with attached IO-Link modules AXL F IOL8 2H. We have got a bug with reading status of the IO-Link input process data for each port (for example, connected device is IFM LDL100 conductivity sensor, https://www.ifm.com/ua/en/product/LDL100?tab=documents).

During normal work everything is good - per port, one bit displays whether a port that is to work in the IO-Link operating mode was able to establish contact with an IO-Link device and another one displays whether valid process data was able to be read in via the IO-Link communication. Corresponding section of the manual:

During normal work two corresponding bits are active (=1), no errors (only green Led lamps). When I disconnect a device (IFM LDL100 conductivity sensor) unscrewing the cable I get both errors - two corresponding bits become inactive (=0), error (red Led lamp). But when I connect back the device I get first bit is active (=1) and second is still inactive (=0) and no errors indicators (only green Led lamps). Only rebooting the bus coupler helps (after reboot I get two corresponding bits are active (=1)).

And one more thing about this situation - it happens not immediately after power on the bus coupler but after some time (approximately 1.5 hour).
