AXC F 3152 Led BOOT Blinking eight times

Hello

Mi name is Rodrigo Salas (company Rodotecnia) from Chile (SouthAmerica)

Someone gave me a 3152 PLC (which didn't work), and the problem is as follows:

The problem is that once the PLC is energized, no LED lights up for the first 25 seconds or so, after that the BOOT LED blinks 8 times, then goes off, and then everything is off again.

I reset everything with a HARD RESET, but the error persists.

I tried without SDCARD for fear that it could be ruined.

Does this problem have a solution?

    Hi Rodrigo.

    Please try the Type 2 reset procedure detailed on Page 35 of the user manual:

    Please note:

    • The AXC F 3152 has a capacitor that may maintain power to the device for up to one minute after external power is removed. Therefore, when performing the Type 2 reset, you should wait for at least one minute before applying external power with the RESET button pressed.
    • After the RUN and FAIL LEDs light up, you will need to continue holding down the RESET button until all LEDs (except the E and D LEDs) light up. This might take 30 seconds or more.
