Remote Profinet Diagnostics for Quint Power Supply

We have a system setup using a 2152 with a 40A Profinet Quint Power Supply (2907079) and a 2514 FL Switch (1089154) on the Profinet network.


Initially the two Profinet devices were connected and running fine when using the 2152 only. Since then we have added a left aligned Profinet expansion (AXC F XT ETH 1TX) to the PLC which has become the Profinet master and controller.


The FL switch has re appeared on the Profinet network but the Quint power supply will not connect to the PLC. The power supply is pingable by its assigned IP address but the WBM shows the following error.


We have attempted to delete and re add the power supply as a Profinet device within PLC Next Engineer but it shows the same error.


Since the PLC is installed in a remote cabinet we are only able to access it via VPN connection so we are limited in what can do (i.e we are unable to perform a scan from PLC Next Engineer).


Are there any configuration or additional diagnostic operations that can be performed remotely?
