Creating a Modbus RTU master in CODESYS

Hello,

I am looking a way of creating a Modbus RTU master device using a AXL 2152 controller and a AXL SE RS485 module in CODESYS. The AXL_SE_RS485 device does not give an option of configuring it as a Modbus RTU Master. Is there a way of achieving this functionality in CODESYS?

Does the AXL_SE_RS485 serial port have a tty file it can be accessed in Linux?

    There is a Codesys library in the PLCnext Store, but that does not include function blocks for Modbus RTU. Perhaps you can ask the developers of that library (using the "Contact Developer" button) if this is planned. Otherwise, I think this is a question for the Codesys community.
