Connecting AXC F 1152 with Inline Modules

My name is Shijo Shaji, and I am contacting you on behalf of Vinker Techno Marketing Company, serving as your dealer in Kerala.

Recently, for a data acquisition work, we were trying to connect AXC F 1152 with some Inline modules like IB IL RS485 ECO, IB IL 24 DI 8/HD-ECO using an adapter module AXC F IL ADAPT (Art # 1020304). But somehow these are not getting connected and an error is popping up. The error is suggesting that some error is in the GDC port. Seeking help to connect AXC F 1152 with Inline modules.
