Assigning ports in PLCnext engineer to model created in Simulink

Hi

I an using PLCnext target, and i have created a basic model, I have a PWM module and i want to control the frequency for position control of motor. I want to assign the port in PWM module to input created in simulink model but i am not able to do. I would really appreciate any help.
