Fail to upload the project to Touch Panel.

Hi, I designed the HMI using Visu + Express Which is Version 2.56 and it is connect to PLC Next Engineer 2023.9.0 using OPC UA. And The problem is i am trying to upload the project to

TP 6215-WHPS, but it says 'failed to uploead the target devie file \FlashDrv\VisuProject\Project1.visprj '. And Previous sentence says 'The upload/download manager (CETransfer.dll) is not updated on remote devie!' What is the solution and how can I update it?

    Hello,


    I believe you are using an older firmware version of that TP. I would suggest updating the FW to version 180.0 and this should fix the error.


    The newest FW version is available on our website.
