PLCNext will not launch

in PLCnext Engineer

I've just installed PLCNext 2024.0.3 and it appeared to install correctly but it will not launch. When I click the application in the start menu I get the windows "thinking" wheel for a second or two and then nothing. The application does not start and I get no error message to indicate a problem.

This is on Windows 11 ARM, and it's a clean Windows install. The CodeMeter service is running and I can see the license in the control centre.

    I am sorry to inform you that Windos 11 ARM is not supported and there are currently no plans to do so.

    Is there any plan for running plcnext engineer on windows arm (snapdragon elite x processor)?
