Inline AI Modules configuration
Hello, I am trying to realize a connection between a PLC AXC-F 2152 and IL ETH BK DI8 DO4 2TX-PAC with AI modules IB IL AI 4/I-PAC, and I have the following question:
How can I configure the analog inputs to be 4-20mA? Is this done via the peripheral's web server?

There are a few different ways to configure the AI module in this case, but the easiest is probably using the web page on the bus coupler. If you need help with that, the technical specialists in your local Phoenix Contact office will be able to assist.

At this time we do not have PxC support in the country (Phoenix left Argentina). Do you have any examples of where the configuration is within the web server? I could not find it.

Ah, you might be right. It's a while since I've seen an InLine bus coupler, and my memory must have failed me.
The next best option I can think of is to use the Config+ software to configure the station, including the analog modules. That software communicates directly with the bus coupler via Ethernet, and (if memory serves) it's possible to configure all the I/O modules using that software.
Config+ is part of the AutomationWorx Software Suite, which is a very large download, but once you launch tbe installer you can choose to only install Config+ (i think).

It's just been pointed out to me that the "measuring range" for that module can be set using the OUT process data - see the module data sheet for details.
This makes it easy to set the measuring range from PLCnext Engineer.
