SD Card Reformat

I reformatted my Phoenix Contact SD card to use for another application. Now I've learned that PLCnext requires a pre-loaded file structure on the card, so the card doesn't work in a PLC anymore. Is there a way to replace this file structure, even if it requires sending it back to the factory?

    Correct, PLCnext does require a PLCnext SD card to be used if any extra storage is needed. The SD card takes over as the active file system for the PLC. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to reformat the SD card. I would suggest reaching out to your local ISE or ASE for farther assistance.
