Siemens software SIMATIC NET and AXC F 2152 can not communicate through OPC UA.

We are using Siemens software and AXC F 2152 to communicate through OPC UA.

Siemens software：SIMATIC NET V15 ,OPC SCOUT V10.

PLC: AXC F 2152 (2019.6)

In our test, we found that OPC SCOUT can communicate with AXC 1050, but only servers can be found when communicating with AXC F 2152, but data communication can not be established.

In addition, we found that OPC score does not support X509 certificate mode.

I know that AXC F 2152 OPC UA supports x509 certificates. Does AXC F 2152 only support x509 certificates, or does it support other ways? If it needs to communicate with Siemens software through OPC UA, is there any other way?

In summary:

If you disable User Authentication on the Web-Based Management page, and then restart the controller, you should be able to connect to the OPC UA server without user credentials, and without encrypted traffic.

I see that the Endpoint URL is opc.tcp://axc-f-2152-1:4840.

Do you have a DNS server or a hosts file that maps this DNS name to the IP address of the PLC? If not, then please try changing the Endpoint URL to opc.tcp://192.168.1.10:4840. (or whatever the IP address of your PLC is).

Changing the DNS name to IP can solve the problem, and 128/256 encryption mode can also be used.
