Radial Gauge Scale Missing Parameters

I'm attempting to use the Radial Gauge Scale but I cannot connect the dial to a tag value. When I watched a video on how to create basic visualization I noticed that the PLCNext Engineer in the video appeared to have a parameters tab for the dial. I have an analog signal that I would like to place on the HMI.

I have attached a screenshot of my version of PLCNext Engineer. I am using the latest version of the software.

    please use the "New Dynamic" Button to add the new dynamics.

    Thank you for the reply. The PLCNext has a dial component in two different locations. I was selecting the incorrect location. The dial that I can bind to a value in the PLC is located in the 'Default/Symbols' section of the HMI tab.
