PLCnext project file cannot be referenced. Incompatible version.

I just went through the process of installing Eclipse....created a new C++ project file, copied the file to the PLCnext Engineer Libraries folder......and I get an error that it cannot be referenced.  It's version is incompatible.  I just downloaded all new Eclipse, etc so everything is up to date.  What the heck?

    Hello lylecox,

    which Firmware has your AXC F 2152 installed.
    And
    which Firmware did you select in your PLCnext Engineer project?

     

    You will not be able to use a 2019.9 Engineer Project with a 2019.0 PLC.
    -> as it will try to configure features that are simply not included in older versions.

    So you will need to either Update your Hardware or use a Control Template (Select on the right side at the Network Tab-> Axioline -> Control -> AXC F 201X.X

    You can check the FW Version of your PLC at the Web Based Management,
