Unable to set AXL BK ETH ip address using Startup+
I have been working on connecting an AXL BK ETH(2688459) to a plcnext controller, and when using the startup+ software, everything works until I get to setting the initial parameters of the device. I am met with an error that says "Failure to send the IP parameters." I have looked for what could cause this, but there does not seem to be any documentation on why this would happen. I am using an ethernet switch connected to both the plc and the remote station. Startup+ is able to recognize both devices. I have already tried not using the switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

the IP Address can be assigned via IP assign. The software can be downloaded from the product webpage of the BK. After that you can use the MODBUS TCP library from the PLCnext Store for the communication with the AXL BK.

I am not finding a software by the name of "IP assign" under the BK software or configuration software. Is there somewhere else I should look? I have tried Projectplus in addition to startup+, which has also not worked for me.
