  • Hi,

I've spoken with the dev department.

It seems that this issue is quite often related to some user rights and or some virus scanners, they suggested me the following:

    • Deinstall PLCnext Eng
    • Delete the user config files (/users/youruser/AppData/Roaming/Phoenix Contact/PLCnext Engineer/Version/user.config
    • Deactivate your virus scanner
    • Reinstall PLCnext Eng with Admin privileges
    • Start PLCnext Eng with Admin priviliges

Keep also in mind that you need Windows 10 64Bit!

If this still not help please contact your local Phoenix Contact sales representative to get in direct contact with you.

  • I'm having the same error. Has this issue been resolved? Updating to the newest software did not solve the issue.
  • Sorry that you're having this problem with PLCnext Engineer.
Did you try everything on the list that Frank suggested?
If none of that works, then Frank's final suggestion is worth a try:
please contact your local Phoenix Contact sales representative to get in direct contact with you.
