When I create an alarm in the alarm server, I add the variable from my program to monitor, define the type, values, and messages. I then add the AlarmProgram to the same task as the variable I am monitoring, but the error stays. I also get an internal error UTL0001. I must be missing a step in the creation of my alarms. It does not help to add the AlarmProgram to the task first then create the alarm in the server. How can I create these alarms to function properly? I am using a AXC F 1252 controller
Hi Ben, I just experienced the same problem, in my case it persisted till I started a completely new project. I made sure to add the AlarmProgram first with my new project. I was lucky since it was just a test project. I’m still learning the ropes for alarms. I’m on PLCNext Engineer 2026.3, using AXC F 2152.
