I have been having an issue where my AXC F 2152 keeps crashing. dropping out of run. The only way i can get it back up and running is to cycle power to the plc. and when i can still access the wbm i can reboot. This wasn’t always happening, so i am curious what is causing it now. I have not sent any new programs to the plc.
Any idea as to what is causing the constant crashes? this is a pretty new issue. I tried updating to the newest firmware HW: 06 FW: 2024.0.5 LTS and that did not seem to solve the issue.
i have been trying to attach the output.log file but i get a Request failed with status code 400 error.
There could be any number of reasons for this behaviour, for example if there is data being stored on the device, then the user memory might be full.
The first step would be to look at the Output.log file and/or the messages shown in the WBM. I would like to suggest that you give this information to the technical specialists at your local Phoenix Contact office - you can get the contact details on your country-specific version of the Phoenix Contact website - and they will be able to help diagnose the problem.
